Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, packaging charges, or customisation charges may be added at checkout.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation through email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS, depending on the details provided by you.
For bulk orders, wedding invitation hampers, corporate gifting, or customised hampers, our team may contact you to confirm details before processing the order.
Sweet Concepts reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order in case of product unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, incorrect details, or service limitation.
Customised Orders
Customised hampers, personalised gifts, wedding invitation hampers, logo-based packaging, name tags, cards, and special packaging orders are prepared as per customer requirements.
Once a customised order is approved and processing has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a major issue from our side.
Customers are requested to carefully check names, dates, spellings, addresses, card matter, and other customisation details before final approval.
Payments
Payments can be made through the payment methods available on our website or as confirmed by our team. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed for bulk or corporate orders.
We do not directly store your card, UPI, or banking details. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeline shared at the time of order confirmation. However, delivery timelines may vary due to location, product availability, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, festive rush, or other unavoidable circumstances.
For perishable products such as sweets or food items, customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address with an active contact number.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In case any selected product or packaging item is unavailable, our team may suggest a suitable replacement of similar value and quality.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not been processed, packed, customised, or dispatched.
Customised, bulk, wedding, festive, and perishable product orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in genuine cases such as wrong product delivery, damaged product received, or a major quality issue reported within the given timeframe.
Customers may be required to share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method or any other method decided by Sweet Concepts.
Perishable Products
Some products available on our website may include sweets, snacks, food items, or other perishable goods. These products must be consumed within the recommended time period and stored as advised.
Sweet Concepts will not be responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage, delayed acceptance of delivery, incorrect address, or mishandling after delivery.
