No Return Policy
Sweet Concepts by Gopal Sweets follows a strict no-return policy.
Once an order is delivered, we do not accept returns for any product. Since our products include sweets, food items, dry fruits, festive hampers, wedding invitation hampers, customised gifting products, and premium packaging, returns are not accepted due to hygiene, food safety, product freshness, customisation, and handling reasons.
Customers are requested to carefully review product details, quantity, delivery address, customisation details, and order information before placing an order.
No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges after delivery.
Products cannot be exchanged due to change of mind, personal preference, taste preference, wrong selection by customer, packaging expectation, colour variation, size expectation, or delayed acceptance of delivery.
Slight variation in packaging, colour, product placement, decorative elements, or hamper arrangement may occur due to availability, photography, screen display, and handmade/curated nature of hampers.
Non-Returnable Products
All products sold on Sweet Concepts are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Sweets and perishable food items
- Dry fruit hampers
- Festive hampers
- Wedding invitation hampers
- Customised hampers
- Corporate gifting hampers
- Personalised products
- Gift boxes with names, logos, cards, tags, dates, or messages
- Bulk orders
- Same-day or urgent delivery orders
- Products with special packaging or decoration
- Products opened, used, consumed, damaged, or tampered with after delivery
Customised & Personalised Orders
All customised and personalised orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed.
This includes wedding invitation hampers, personalised cards, name tags, logo packaging, gift notes, special product combinations, and bulk gifting orders.
Customers must check all names, spellings, dates, addresses, card matter, product selection, and design details before final approval. Sweet Concepts will not be responsible for mistakes approved by the customer.
Refunds Are Not Applicable After Delivery
Refunds are not applicable once the order has been successfully delivered.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Customer no longer needing the product
- Wrong product selected by customer
- Wrong quantity selected by customer
- Taste preference
- Minor packaging variation
- Colour or design variation due to screen/display difference
- Delay caused by incorrect address or unavailable recipient
- Refused delivery by customer or recipient
- Product damaged after delivery
- Improper storage after delivery
- Product consumed after recommended shelf life
Exceptions: Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Product
Although we follow a strict no-return policy, we may review genuine complaints only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Missing item from the order
- Major quality issue reported immediately after delivery
To raise a complaint, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
The customer must share:
- Order number
- Registered phone number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Clear photos/videos of the outer packaging
- Invoice/payment proof
- Complete details of the issue
After verification, Sweet Concepts may offer one of the following at its sole discretion:
- Replacement of the affected item
- Delivery of missing item
- Partial refund
- Full refund only in rare approved cases
- Store credit, if mutually agreed
The final decision will be taken by Sweet Concepts after reviewing the issue.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made before the order is processed, prepared, customised, packed, or dispatched.
Cancellation will not be accepted for:
- Orders already processed
- Orders already packed
- Orders already dispatched
- Same-day delivery orders
- Perishable product orders already prepared
- Customised hampers
- Wedding invitation hampers
- Bulk orders
- Corporate gifting orders
- Festive orders during high-demand periods
If Sweet Concepts cancels an order due to product unavailability, payment issue, delivery limitation, or any operational reason, the eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.
Under Indian e-commerce rules, cancellation charges should not be imposed on consumers unless similar charges are also borne by the ecommerce entity when it cancels an order unilaterally.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If the payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the customer must contact us with payment proof and transaction details.
After verification, the amount may either be adjusted against the order or refunded through the original payment method.
Duplicate payments, if any, will be refunded after verification.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved by Sweet Concepts, it will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method decided by us.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, wallet, card network, public holidays, and payment method. Razorpay defines refunds as returning the transaction amount to the original payment instrument used for the transaction.
Shipping, Delivery & Packaging Charges
Shipping charges, delivery charges, packaging charges, handling charges, and customisation charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Sweet Concepts and approved after verification.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refused delivery, unreachable phone number, or delayed acceptance by the recipient, Sweet Concepts will not be responsible for refunding the order amount or delivery charges.
Food Safety & Storage Responsibility
Customers are responsible for storing sweets, food items, and hampers as per the recommended storage instructions after delivery.
Sweet Concepts will not be responsible for quality issues caused by:
- Improper storage
- Exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture
- Delayed opening after delivery
- Mishandling after delivery
- Consumption after recommended shelf life
- Delay caused by customer or recipient unavailability
