Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed on our website, our team starts processing it based on product availability, payment confirmation, delivery location, and order type.
Standard orders are processed after payment confirmation. Customised, bulk, wedding invitation, corporate, or festive orders may require additional confirmation from our team before processing.
Order processing may take longer during festivals, wedding seasons, public holidays, high demand periods, or for customised hampers.
Delivery Locations
Sweet Concepts delivers to selected locations based on serviceability. Delivery availability may depend on:
- Customer location
- Product type
- Order value
- Courier/service partner availability
- Perishable nature of the product
- Delivery timeline required
- Weather, holidays, or operational restrictions
If an order cannot be delivered to a particular location, our team may contact the customer to offer an alternative solution, revised delivery option, or cancellation if required.

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation or checkout, wherever applicable. Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Sweet Concepts makes every effort to deliver orders on time, but delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing by our team.
Same-Day & Urgent Delivery
Same-day or urgent delivery may be available only for selected products and selected locations. Same-day delivery is subject to:
- Product availability
- Order confirmation time
- Payment confirmation
- Delivery distance
- Rider/courier availability
- Operational feasibility
Sweet Concepts reserves the right to accept or reject same-day/urgent delivery requests based on availability and service conditions.
Customised & Bulk Order Delivery
Customised hampers, wedding invitation hampers, corporate gifting orders, festive hampers, and bulk orders may require additional preparation time.
The delivery timeline for such orders will depend on:
- Quantity ordered
- Customisation details
- Card/tag/name/logo printing
- Packaging availability
- Product selection
- Approval from customer
- Production and packing schedule
Customers are requested to confirm all details, including names, spellings, dates, addresses, card matter, and delivery instructions before order processing begins.
Sweet Concepts will not be responsible for delays caused due to late approval, incorrect details, incomplete information, or changes requested after confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery Charges
Shipping or delivery charges may apply depending on the order value, delivery location, product type, packaging requirements, and delivery method.
Any applicable shipping, handling, packaging, or delivery charges will be shown at checkout or shared by our team before order confirmation.
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Sweet Concepts and approved after verification.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at the time of placing the order.
Please ensure that the following details are correct:
- Full name of recipient
- Complete delivery address
- Correct phone number
- Landmark, if required
- Preferred delivery date/time, if applicable
- Special delivery instructions, if any
Sweet Concepts will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect address, incomplete details, unreachable phone number, locked premises, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order.
Failed Delivery Attempt
If the recipient is unavailable or the delivery address is incorrect/incomplete, our delivery partner may attempt to contact the customer or recipient.
If delivery fails due to customer-side issues, including wrong address, phone not reachable, recipient unavailable, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be marked as failed.
In such cases:
- Refund will not be applicable once the order has been prepared or dispatched
- Re-delivery may be chargeable
- Perishable items may not be eligible for re-delivery
- Sweet Concepts will not be responsible for product freshness after failed delivery attempt
Perishable Product Delivery
Some products sold on Sweet Concepts may include sweets, snacks, food items, dry fruits, or other perishable items.
Customers are requested to accept the delivery on time and store the products as instructed.
Sweet Concepts will not be responsible for quality issues caused by:
- Delayed acceptance of delivery
- Incorrect delivery address
- Recipient unavailability
- Exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture after delivery
- Improper storage after delivery
- Mishandling after delivery
- Consumption after recommended shelf life
Packaging & Product Handling
We take care to pack all products safely and beautifully, especially hampers and gift boxes. However, minor movement of items inside the hamper or box may occur during transit.
Slight variation in product placement, ribbon, flowers, decorative elements, packaging colour, tray, box design, or arrangement may occur due to availability and handmade/ curated nature of our hampers.
Such minor variations will not be considered as product damage or delivery defect.
Damaged Package at Delivery
If the package appears heavily damaged, tampered with, or leaking at the time of delivery, customers are advised to take clear photos/videos before opening the package.
For any damaged, wrong, or missing product concern, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Registered phone number
- Clear photos/videos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Invoice/payment proof
- Complete issue details
All complaints are subject to verification and approval by Sweet Concepts.
Delayed Delivery
Sweet Concepts will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeline. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier/logistics delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Road closures
- Festivals or wedding season rush
- Incorrect address
- Customer or recipient unavailability
- Force majeure events
- Any situation beyond our reasonable control
Delay in delivery does not automatically make an order eligible for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Order Tracking
Wherever applicable, order tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or call.
For local deliveries, tracking may not always be available, but our team may share delivery updates wherever possible.
Customers can contact our support team for order status using their order number and registered phone number.
International Shipping
Currently, Sweet Concepts may or may not offer international shipping depending on product type, location, and feasibility.
Since sweets and food items are subject to shipping, customs, food safety, and import restrictions, international orders will be accepted only after confirmation from our team.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or regulatory requirements applicable in the destination country.
